Graduate in economics and business management at the University of Trieste and a member of the professional accounting association of Certified Public Accountants Auditors and Advisors.

Title owner of his own studio based in Trieste and Prague.
Visiting professor for public economy at the university of Trieste, city of Gorizia Campus, and professor at the Summer School of West Bohemia University of Pilsen (Czech Republic).

He is a member of Corpus Expeditior Accountants of Romania, chairman and regular statutory auditor of a number of Italian entities and multi-utility companies.
He lectures on national and international tax law in seminars and conferences and is the author of books and essays on corporate organization.
