Giuseppina Martella

Senior Partner

Graduate with honors at the University in Milan with a thesis on “Tax Law in Local Taxes” with Professor Enrico De Mita. She was admitted to the Bar in Milan in 1999.

She joined Law Firm Colaianni in 1995 and her practice area is mainly tax litigation at the administrative stage, assisting the client in the assessment by consent agreement, and in court in all judgment degrees as well as tax and corporate criminal proceedings.
Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court (Cassazione) in Italy.
She has acquired expertise in issues and application of the rules on company’s administrative liability under the Law Decree 231.
